Pescara was the winner of Best Appetizer, Best Entree, Best Dessert and the People's Choice Awards at the 2009 Rochester March of Dimes Chef's Auction. Prior to Pescara, one restaurant has never been honored with all four awards. Our chefs; executive chef Scott Foster and chefs de cuisine Dan Calloway, Anthony Pester, and Erik Paulson, like to create and be inventive. Our chef Anthony Pester, trained at the Le Cordon Bleu in Minneapolis and was chef at Maxim's in Paris.
